Returns

If you are not happy with your new furniture (maybe too big?), we will still be friends! You can return your purchase up to 30 days after it has been delivered to you.

Before sending back your order, you must let us know your details by email to hello@homeoutlets.co.uk. Quote your Order Number and exactly what Goods you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

In the unusual case that this happens, we will organise for our delivery team to come and collect your furniture. Depending on your Postcode the collection cost start from £65 including VAT. We will always quote you before organising collection. The cost for the collection will be deducted from your refund.

The returned goods should be in a condition that corresponds with 30 days of use. This means that we cannot give a full refund (minus collection), if the furniture has visible damage from misuse or weather events. 

Manufacturing Faults

If there is a manufacturing fault and you would like to return the goods, please email us on hello@homeoutlets.co.uk. Please, quote your Order Number and give full details with pictures of the defect.

We will always try to rectify the problem first if you would prefer us to do so. There are no costs for returning the goods in case of a manufacturing fault.
