Q. Where do you deliver?
A. 
We deliver in England, Wales and Scotland

Q. My postcode is not listed in the Delivery Information. Can I still buy from your website?
A. If your postcode is not listed, we need to get a delivery quote for you. This can mean that we have to send your order out on a pallet instead of a 2-man delivery service. We do this to be able to give you the best price for your delivery. Please contact us with your delivery address and what you'd like to order and we'll send you a quote as quick as possible: hello@homeoutlets.co.uk.

Q. My postcode is listed in the Delivery Information, but it doesn't get recognised at checkout?
A. There are 1000s of postcodes in the UK and occasionally some might be missing on our list. If you get a message at checkout that there is no delivery available for your postcode, please contact us and we will rectify the problem straight away.

Q. What if I ordered furniture that is New and Boxed, but they arrive damaged?
A. In the unfortunate situation where you receive damaged goods, please email us an explanation of the issue alongside some images of the damage . We always try our best to amend these types of issues, so please do not worry.

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will still be friends! You can return your purchase up to 30 days after it has been delivered to you. Please email us requesting a return, alongside your order number and an explanation as to why you would like to return your product. Please check our returns policy for the full details.

Q. What Warranty do you give?
A. We give a standard 1-year manufacturers warranty, but if anything happens after a year, please let us know and we will always see what we can do.

Q. Do you offer a Pay Monthly Scheme?
A. No, at this moment we do not offer credit.
