Large Furniture and Garden Furniture: 2-Person Delivery Service
We offer a 2-PERSON DELIVERY on all our Large Furniture and Garden Furniture orders in most of the UK mainland postcode areas (Zones 1-3).
Zone 1 - 2-Person Delivery Service from our store in Rushden £39
Delivery Time Frame: 3-7 Working Days
Postcode Areas: LE16, NN1-NN12, NN14-NN18 and NN29
If you live in one of the above postcode areas, your order will be delivered directly from our store in Rushden.
You will be contacted directly by our store to organise a delivery date. Our 2-person delivery service includes placing your furniture into your room of choice or garden. They will not unpack and assemble it for you.
Zone 2 - 2-Person Delivery Service provided by P2P Delivery £79
Delivery Time Frame: 7-10 Working Days

Zone 3 - 2-Person Delivery Service provided by P2P Delivery £99
Delivery Time Frame: 10-15 Working Days
Postcodes Areas: DG, EH, EX, FK1-FK6, G1-G62, G64-G81, KA1-KA26, KA29, ML, PA1-PA12, PL, TD, TQ, TR1-TR20 and TR26+
We have partnered with P2P Delivery for all postcodes in Zones 2 and 3 to provide you with a 2-Person Delivery Service. If or once your furniture is in stock:
- We will pass on your contact details to P2P.
- P2P will send you an Email and SMS with a link, through which you can accept your proposed delivery date, or you can request a different date. Make sure we have your correct contact details.
- P2P will send you a confirmation regarding your delivery date including your tracking number.
- The day before your delivery, you will receive a 2-hour timeslot and you can track your delivery team.
- You will receive a phone call from the delivery team approximately half an hour before they arrive.
- The delivery team will place your new (garden) furniture in your room of choice or in your garden. They will not unpack and assemble it for you.

Important notes regarding your Delivery Service
Contact Telephone Number - Please make sure you provide us with a Mobile Number in case of delay or trouble locating your property.
Changes - You can make changes to your delivery date and delivery details until Midday the day before your booked delivery date.
Safe Place - You can provide the delivery company with a "safe place" to leave your furniture, incase you can't be home to take the delivery. You can organise that at the time of your booking or in writing before Midday the day before your booked delivery date.
Delivery Times - The 2-hour time slots are between 7am and 9pm.
Delivery Days - At the moment we can only offer weekday deliveries between 7am and 9pm. Depending on your postcode area, you will be offered weekdays based on the route of the delivery team. In some areas they might for example only come on a Thursday and Friday.
Failed Delivery - If nobody is home after arranging the delivery date and you have not been in contact with the delivery company regarding a safe place, we will have to charge for the redelivery. The delivery team will call from around 30 minutes away and the customer service team will email too incase they cannot get hold of you. They will try everything to make the delivery successful, but can't leave the furniture without your consent. The price for redelivery depends on the size of you garden set and postcode area. Prices are from £65 including VAT.
Damages - The delivery team will place your new garden set in your garden, will unpack it for you and will take away the rubbish. They will not assemble it, but will make sure there aren't any issues. If there are small issues, we can resolve those for you by sending out replacement parts. You should accept the delivery, but make sure the issues are noted by the delivery team. If you are not sure if it is the correct set, there is large damage or you are not sure about the colour, please contact us on 01933 313 224 before the delivery team is leaving. We can together decide for the delivery team to take it back immediately or if there is another solution.
Unforeseen Circumstances - 98% of our orders are delivered on the booked delivery date, but it can happen that due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery can't take place on the booked date. The delivery company will contact you as soon as they are aware and will rebook your delivery. We cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused.
